So you must have a uterus to participate in discussions on "women's issues", but don't need one to participate in women's sports?!

🤔🙄

is “women’s issues” code for ‘reproductive rights’?

if so, the answer is yes.

@SW-User so youre basically saying that the only people who can form an opinion or legislate on a topic are those who are intragally involved in the situation.
Non-gun owners have no say in "gun control" debate...
Non-citizens have no say in our elections, politics, or government...
Non-military have no input on war-related discussions...
On insurance experts get a say in health insurance discussions...
Only physicians have any input on healthcare...

I mean, that kinda removes most people from most political discussions, doesn't it?!

@easterniowegin if you were born with a gun in your hand, you get to keep it.
@easterniowegin I’m not saying that at all. They just can’t speak for a group they are not part of. As far as laws, that’s different. Many people are impacted on many issues but you were incredibly vague & didn’t mention legislation at all in the question. I know the sub topic was politics but you didn’t say involved in the legislative process, merely that men were not allowed to talk about women’s issues and I was pretty clear.

Don't let them bully you. You have as much right to an opinion as they do.
@katielass Who’s bullying? On a different thread you mean?
Non women (men) can discuss women’s issues all they want. They should not, however speak for women or act like they know how women feel about said issues.

@DarkHeaven I'm simply calling out hypocrisy when i see it. I agree, we all must speak out for the innocent babies here...regardless of sex. The guise of "repoductive rights" only acts to limit participation, wholesale, from "the patriarchy" which seems a little sexist.
@easterniowegin There is hypocrisy in the second question as abortion impacts many not just the woman having the child. There’s zero hypocrisy in the original posted question. I’d be careful of making enemies of would be friends by making it an us verses them debate. A person can be equal rights & pro life. One could argue that the children need equal rights too. ☮️
@easterniowegin I also agree that it is a much bigger issue than simply a women’s rights one.

You know someone, who does not have a uterus, and wants to participate in women's sports, but they cannot participate in a discussion on women's issues? That's really bizarre. Who's that?
I think guys just like it the way it is.
