Chicago is currently having a mayoral election, and the incumbent mayor is not running for reelection, meaning he's a lame duck. He's not making any plans to do anything at all right now, much less put "George Zimmerman clones" on the streets.

You got a lot of backlash for the post because you praised Zimmerman, but I didn't even get that far because I recognized that it was impossible for the mayor to be making big plans since he's on his way out of office.
