Trump quietly removed Russian Aluminium Tariffs?

I bet this doesnt make much of a headline on FOX. Trump has removed the tariffs on Russian aluminium imports from one producer, who is a close friend of a certain ViP (if you get my drift). Because he has cleaned up his act. Exactly which part of his act Trump most approves of was unclear. But if its good enough for Vlad, its good enough for Donny.
