Other than Court appearances what is the earliest date Manafort gets out of jail?

I’m setting the over under at June 1, 2025

Depends. If the evidence on him was obtained due to an illegal
FISA warrant his case should be throw out. Unless they can show the court they had probable cause to be looking at him anyway, which is not the case. That would be a shame because if he's guilty of the charges I'd hate to see him walk free because of their lies to the FISA court. Also, he could turn around and sue them and he'd win.

The reply wasn't working on your post about the president pardoning manafort so I'll make my comment here. If the president should pardon manafort now anything he says after is subject to prosecution. I other words, it would protect him only up to the point he was pardoned. I don't see Mr. Trump pardoning him, I don't think he knew who he really was when he hired him.

Either never or whenever the Great Leader decides to bestow a pardon upon him.

Unless the President actually pardoned Manafort already, whatever is said on Twitter today doesn’t exactly matter lol 🙄 @Northwest

I am referring to this tweet, from yesterday:
Wow, what a tough sentence for Paul Manafort, who has represented Ronald Reagan, Bob Dole and many other top political people and campaigns. Didn’t know Manafort was the head of the Mob. What about Comey and Crooked Hillary and all of the others? Very unfair!
Today, he is sounding the MS13 alarm, and just when I started sleeping again, now that the N. Korean nuke threat is but a footnote in history.

Seems to me that the President could currently care less about Manafort and the Mrs Clinton and Comey pot shots are eve half hearted the president is probably looking forward to father’s day.

You have read my opinioni re Manafort. @Northwest

This is such a pathetic joke.

He’s charged with crimes way predating the campaign and having nothing to do with the campaign. His bail was revoked for witness tampering. His business partner has flipped on him. None of this relates to the President other than the libs guilt by association muddying the waters.

During the 111 days as campaign manager, Manafort did a good and legal job. He professionalized things and brought seriousness to the campaign.

However his actions which predated that brought him to this point. I can’t endorse witness tampering. @TexChik

@jackjjackson I believe he's charged with obstruction, isn't he? For attempting to talk to witnesses. Unless he did talk to them and they have him on tape trying to get them to testify a certain way, it only looks bad. But he seems like a sleazy man so who really knows what he actually did. I don't find him trustworthy but I sure don't trust mueller and co either.

One of the accusations is some white collar financial shenanigans in 2010. @katielass
