The American with the best foreign policy resume is now the national security advisor. This makes so much sense it is blowing the minds of leftists.

It’s the opposite of their strategy of appointing the least qualified lol.

The leftist would not know a decent policy. Maybe one day for poor simpletons from the left decided to actually support foreign policy instead of having an open door policy. The left is so full of hate and anger simply because they have a great leader who is willing to put America first - LIBTARDS are so economically irresponsible reckless and socially so far out of touch
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
Well written other than the name calling. @nedkelly

Bolton doesn't have the best foreign policy resume by a long shot.

He's also literally everything that Trump supporters have claimed to hate during the election - a card-carrying neo-con who pushed for the war in Iraq, our involvement in Libya, etc.

Hell, criticizing Hillary for being hawkish and overly interventionist is one of the few Trump talking points I've always agreed with.
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@jackjjackson I don't think it's name calling if it's accurate. And I would have preferred McMaster had not been forced out.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
Nothing the matter with McMaster either. Your generalities are name calling not fact. @QuixoticSoul
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@jackjjackson Bolton and McMaster are polar opposites. If you think McMaster is a good choice, Bolton should appear insane.

-takes a look at Bolton's career and various stances-

Nah, accurate enough.

I am neither left or right ,and I wish the conversations of today were on different subjects than gun control and who got fired today in the White House ,
But when most of the faces on the board of "Fired " we picked by the President and he said they were the best people for the job when he picked them .
I don't get the post ,
I will just be amazed if he stays
Its not wise to publicly discredit all the agencies that have our national security jobs ,or the so called "Best men for the Job "
If they were the best ,and they got fired ,so whats left ?
Its like the little boy who cried wolf ,we hear so much garbage everyday
now we all wonder who the real wolves are (and to be honest I think that was the plan all along )
The only thing I am surprised about is how Jefferson Sessions has not been fired yet .
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
Dr Carson is still around and is Mrs DeVos. @rckt148
rckt148 · 61-69, M
@jackjjackson Really ?,,Will wonders never cease LOL
I sure will breathe a sigh of relief when they pipe down. I'll tell you that much.
@rckt148 Yes. That's why I made a reference to papacy.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
It will be awhile. They are pretty worked up. @puck61

@rckt148 when they're laughing they aren't plotting. Hmmm.

I was under the impression, that you support Trump's campaign promise, of no regime change, as well his belief that the Iraq war was not justified, and is one the stupidest, most expensive, pointless foreign policy blunders.

Bolton is one of the architects of that war.

Sure, he can put that on his foreign policy resume. I am fairly certain though, that Trump has no clue what his role was, and he only knows him because he watches his commentary on Fox.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
I’m thinking Mattis put in a word for him. @Northwest
RodionRomanovitch · 56-60, M
It makes about as much sense as a Russian intelligence asset now being in residence at the White House.
RodionRomanovitch · 56-60, M
@puck61 I know that people who believe the shite that that clown is peddling are too proud to admit that they were wrong.

Best prepare for a very hard landing , this is going to hurt.
@RodionRomanovitch Enjoy your fantasy!
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
I suppose that is why you’ve chosen a soft spot for yourself

The leftists. Like we're a band or something.

Bolton, a war-monger through and through. With someone like that to front for the infant bully who screams whatever delusional rants and remarks come to mind. Should just be a matter of time.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@jackjjackson John Bolton's words. That's where I get that.

I don't do homework for preteens on the Internet and I don't do research that's just too easy for everyone to find.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
You’re right you simply pretend and make it up as you go alone. Far from Bolton’s words. Well it’s Saturday evening you’ve probably had a few martinis and moved on to wine. Enjoy. @Graylight

@jackjjackson He has said a pre-emptive strike against North Korea would be legitimate and has played down the chance of talks being successful.

In a Sept. 3, 2017, Fox News interview, Bolton declared that the only option left to address the North Korean nuclear challenge is “to end the regime in North Korea” and strike first. “Anybody who thinks that more diplomacy with North Korea, more sanctions, whether against North Korea or an effort to apply sanctions against China, is just giving North Korea more time to increase its nuclear arsenal,” Bolton warned. “We have fooled around with North Korea for 25 years, and fooling around some more is just going to make matters worse.”

I'll have mine straight, please, with a twist.
therighttothink50 · 56-60, M
Be aware of those under the thumb of the Bush globalist crime syndicate, Bolton is not a slam dunk but is light years better than the globalist thug who was just fired.

We need John Cary, he was in Vietnam you know. He would take care of everything. 😉

[@ You are quite right. I stand corrected.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
Wasn’t trying to correct you or be a know it all. Sorry. @jackson55

You guys are really kind of sad.
the best foreign policy resume

Can you elaborate on that?
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
Agreed. I was simply being nice and providing an example. She’s a smart lady and can look it up herself 😉 @CopperCicada
@jackjjackson Your OP says best foreign policy resume.
