What do you do when the President needs to be impeached, but Congress won't impeach him?

Massive protests, like in the Ukraine, when they ousted Putin's other puppet.

@WoodyAq If we do nothing then Trump wins.

Do all you can as a citizen to let your voice be heard. There is a resistance out there fighting against him. Mueller is coming down hard on him. Just give it time. I know it's hard, but Trump and the rest of his cohorts will get what's coming to them.

That's the people's fault.

The President doesn't "need" to be impeached. In fact, quite the opposite is true... he must remain in place for as long as it takes for Mueller to complete his investigation of Trump.

If Trump is impeached tomorrow, the Mueller investigation stops immediately and what Mueller knows about Trump will never become public knowledge. As well, Pence would take over if Trump were impeached, which would prove to be an even worse-case scenario for America than what Trump himself could dish out.

Congress is doing what is best for America even though Congress itself is not on a witch-hunt to expose Trump. Trump is becoming exposed by blind default. In truth, if Congress wanted to protect Trump as well as protect Trump's cronies, Trump's get out of jail card would simply be to have Congress impeach him. But Trump isn't smart enough to see what lies ahead for him by staying in Office. Trump himself isn't smart enough to play the 'impeachment card' this early in the game to protect his own ass. By Congress leaving well-enough alone, this will buy time for Mueller to enable full exposure of everything he knows about Russia as well as what he also knows about Trump's obvious financial ties to Russia.

Trump will eventually face impeachment, but it will be through the efforts of Mueller exposing him, not through Congress raising issue with Trump's lack of competency as President.

Call the CIA like they did with JFK. They even do house calls apparently.
