I have and idea. If we're going to live by the letter of the Second Amendment as it was written in the 1700s, then let's allow only thatwWeaponry which was available when the amendment was written. No more semi-automatic handguns, no bump stocks, no hollow point ammunition. Simply one shot muskets and the occasional cannon. That should make it harder to come over a wall or engage in road rage.

And worse yet, we still hear "guns don't kill people, people kill people". Wanna bet that will be one of the responses to your post? Sad, so sad.

God forbid there be tighter gun restrictions! Apparently, this translates to banning guns somehow. Ridiculous!

I think America would be a safer place if it issued Remington 870’s to its (mentally healthy and non-criminal) adult citizens.

Ban all semi-automatic guns (long and handgun) including local law enforcement. Make all those who own one now register it. Any sale or transfer to a non-family member is treason. (It can be sold back to the us government for a reasonable price) Any illegal possession is treason.

The 2nd amendment critics can’t come at us because we are arming out people.

Yes... there are more guns but it’s different.

Maybe travel agents in USA could start offering school shooting tours. It seems to be a uniquely American thing.
