but I used to do it quite a bit, probably too much. I've used just about every laxative there is to use (every major type anyway, some different brand names are just the same stuff in a different package) and I've tried to keep up with the results each one had and anything I didn't like about them. One that I used to use quite a bit was mylanta and lots of water. It would always make for quite a mess, wave after wave of mushy runny poo coming out into my pants. But the stuff tasted awfull!! I guess my favorite would have to be miralax. No cramps and it's not as hard on your body as some of the others. I ran across a recommended dosing for a colonoscope prep that will totally clean you out, it's just miralax and gatorade (I don't remember the dosage but you could google it, I did) and it worked in about 30 minutes. It was sooo awesome!
