I Saw Something Beautiful Today

@Lonelybutneveralone: Thank you. When I lived there I used to run there every day. It was wonderful to do it again and worth the pre dawn drive :)

@Lonelybutneveralone: I did roughly 8 km. I had 3 routes down there. A 5km, 8km and a 10km. I didn't do the 10 because it was slippery.

Oh yeah. I get that all the time. Running brings me to life, and it's all natural :)

@JennaBug: exactly! I experienced it many times as well but haven't in a very long time

@Lonelybutneveralone: Be careful. Sometimes it will make you want to keep going. You have to know your limitations because if you go past them... one moment you feel great and super, and then suddenly you hit a wall and fall down... that's exhaustion and it CAN happen. Know your limit and work on exceeding it slowly and carefully. :)
