I Used to Cut

I use to cut but not bc I wanted to end my life. if was to take away the pain I felt or anger. it was a distraction from those feelings that I didn't know how to handle. I'm trying to never do it again and haven't for a year now. ...guess it's slightly like an addiction. I can do it though!
