I Am Afraid Of Being Stuck Where I Am Forever

I live with daily fear and anxiety. It's like being a deep dark well that you just don't have the energy to climb back up out of. They reckon I have postnatal depression, but I'm not so sure.

@canusernamebemyusername I have always been prone to low mood and have bad anxiety. My daughter was born with a learning disability and a heart defect, diagnosed at birth. I think most people would feel the way I am now if it happened to them

@canusernamebemyusername so they say "you have postnatal depression" to put a neat little label on it, whereas I think I'm just sad and angry and taking a long time to process

@Medelan Keep a check on it though. It it starts getting worse see someone about it. Staying at the same level though is okay as long as you can handle it.

@canusernamebemyusername it is getting worse as they're still pissing around with getting her a surgery date for her heart. The waiting is unbelievably hard

@canusernamebemyusername more like I would never commit suicide because of my husband and daughter. If it was just me on my own I think I would seriously consider it
