I Want to Play a Game

I absolutely love board and card games. I've also had a deep love for "pen and paper" roleplaying games since I was a tween, but sadly don't ever seem to have time for them any longer.

Any other board game lovers out there? What are you favorites? Among my favorites are Arkham Horror, Pandemic, and Ticket to Ride.

We recently got the Disney Villains game, and that's been fun. We like Killer Bunnies too.

@ChampagneOnIce I've played Killer Bunnies. Definitely fun. I'll have to look up the Disney Villains game. Thanks for the recommendation.

@LookingForIt987 I guess Killer Bunnies is more of a card game than board game although there is one iteration that has a board. It's still fun. The Villains game has different boards depending on what character you're playing, but it's mostly a card game too. It's pretty fun. We've played Kill Dr. Lucky as well, and that was fun. I really love Clue and Trivial Pursuit as well.

@ChampagneOnIce Card games are good - I mentioned them, too. :)

Nobody in my family will play Trivial Pursuit ("normal" or "80s" versions) with me. My brain is too full of useless trivia. But ask me the name of the person I was just talking to, and there's a 50/50 chance I have no damn clue. 😝

I've played Kill Dr. Lucky once. I should maybe look to fix that problem... 🤔

@LookingForIt987 Haha. You sound like me. My short-term memory isn't so great anymore, but I remember all the lyrics to favorite 80s songs. 😄 My husband and I play on a weekly trivia team, so at least we can put our useless knowledge to some good and try to win a prize. :)
