I Don't Have Any Friends

I don't want to have friends because I don't need friends. The activities we can do with people, we can do alone. Why are we searching outside ourselves for people to fulfill our wants and needs, when we have the ability? Being different isn't a bad thing. Even though the norm is it's healthy to have friends, there are people who are happy despite not having friends. We are loners. We like our solitude and privacy.

I can relate to you so much. I mostly choose not to interact with others because I don't like their characteristics. Most of them are hypocrites, shallow and fake. People will always betray you whereas I will always be there for me. I can always only count on myself. If I get too involved with others, I become weak because I start relying on them and their help.
