I'm studying fisheries management. Our tribe is concerned with maintaining a sustainable harvest of wild king salmon for our people. I think we may need to develop and manage a fish hatchery.

The tribe is offering financing of my advanced degree(s) and the research on this problem as my thesis. Maybe we can solve the problem, or at least ameliorate the declines we have seen over time.

Well there will certainly be a boatload of schools to choose among - [b]all [/b]of their programs relatively brand new. I'd get a solid science degree with a focus or minor in biotech. Best of luck!
