Why would a cat stop using the liter box?

Sometimes she doesn't eat much.

@GunSmoke9: really need to have her checked then, every time I've had a cat that started peeing around the bed it was because they had a kidney infection. The only exception was moving them after dark when they got scared because they weren't used to the new place and were afraid to go to the bathroom after we turned the lights off....gotta move a cat in the morning.

Yes. All sorts of cat food. Sometimes I let her lick a spoon of ice cream.

The only time I had a cat with litter box issues was a female. She refused to share a litter box with a male cat. 😼

Some cats are very finicky about how clean their litter is and what type of litter. Have you changed litter brands?

The only other thing I can think of is a UTI. Which is horribly painful.

@peechykeen: I do change the litter. Keep it clean. Others have mentioned UTI. I'll get it checked. Thanks.

I hope not, I give her attention. She hops on my lap, and I pet scratch her.
