Does your dog fight with other dogs?

One of my dogs does. Well he doesn't bite. He gets up in the other dogs face and barks like crazy. At least when he gets away from me. Otherwise he strains against the leash growl and snapping all kinds of evil. He does it so bad people come out there houses to bring their German Shepards and Dobermans inside for their Protection and Basil is only a medium sized mutt too.
