I'm Proud Of My Tough Soles

I started already in young years to run a lot barefoot. My feet are pretty hardy after years of going without shoes and I'm very proud of my tough leathery soles. Truly, the soles of my bare feet are better as from shoes. Nonbarefooted people are always amazed how I go over edged gravel, hot asphalt and stubble fields. Even smaller pieces of glass are no problem. I hiking with pleasure shoeless over long distances. No matter whether through forests, mountains or meadows. I go even to the work with bare feet.

My feet don't need the "protection" of shoes. To the contrary; I can move much better and safer without them and I perceive the ground under my feet despite my tough soles perfectly!

Hi @schmuddeline. I am 24/7 barefoot girl too and i live in Venice(Italy). I stopped wearing shoes since 5 year and i think it was the best choice of my whole life. When i am barefoot i feel free and it's really confortable. During this five years of barefooting my soles became tough and super calloused and thanks of that they can bring me everywhere and i can feel every surface under my feet. Another thing i love in my barefoot lifestyle is to keep my feet as dirty as possible because that make me feel a real hardcore barefooter and non occasional.

Hey, that's cool. I love it too to keep my feet really dirty. You're right, filthy black feet are the sign of a true barefooter. Therefore I'm also proud of my dirty feet.

Stay barefoot! 👍️
