New challenge

3rd day doing 100 squat with resistance band and dumbbell 💪.. don’t know how long can I do it for.. let’s say 1wk or two

You know. I've been trying to get to the gym but life stays in my way. I have a work out where on day 2 is a 3 mile run, 100 reps of about 5 different things.....air squats being one of them
