I've Lived In a Haunted House
In the late 00s, i lived I this house with my aunt.
All of us except my grandmother would get spiritual attacks that occured in the form of sleep paralysis but worse because we actually saw the entity and feel them touching us.
Like in my experience, i would feel their long hands grabbing me by the throat, attempting to choke the life outta me. I saw their obscure figure, a dark silhouette with a goat head.
My relatives felt hands touching their feet and grabbing their ankles, lifting the side of the mattress.
I had this almost every night.
