When I was 4 and my brother was 2 he couldn't say Carlie so he called me CarCar. And later on down the road my older cousin decided to add VrumVrum to it. Like a car goes vrum.lol So that's how I ended up with CarCarVrumVrum and it just stuck throughout the years.
