What would you do if your teen was on the phone with a member of the opposite gender at 3am?

I wouldn’t care about the phone thing. But I don’t like my kids being awake till that late, however with the corona and everything being closed they need to have a lot of slack.

Mobile fone 3am , I'd be wondering what sort of device you have tracking them ?

If I had a kid no calls after bedtime - but if the kid did make a call - I would take the phone away forever.

I would tell them to stop texting and go to sleep or I'll take their phone away.

I don't have any offspring anyway, but why would that require disciplinary action? It's better than going around the streets at 3 AM looking for places to burgle or vandalise.

Does anyone ground their kids anymore? I think most parents are trying to get their kids to actually leave the house nowadays.
