Any mom's out there have advice to prevent tearing?

Its the only part of labor (other than healthy baby) that scares me as dumb as that is lol.

They give you an episiotomy which is a small cut if you dont stretch enough and that prevents tearing unnaturally, but even if you do tear, for both of those they give you stiches that heal pretty quickly so it is not something to stress about .

It is not bad. I was cut. I did not even feel it - the labor pains kinda take over so that is not an issue at all when you are in labor. @Kimmyvivi

@SweetDreamsRubi I actually needed a pe credit for my bachelor's degree and it counts and gets me 3 days a week of yoga and I walk the dogs the other days. It works well

Look up vaginal or pernineal massage and in the few weeks before you are due you could start to use very large dildos too
