Don't hate me for saying this but I think you should have stopped around January 2018. It can't be great for your heart at that size. Stay healthy.

Sorry, aesthetics ideals are getting closer to actual healthy bodies these days so it can be a popular (if hurtful) opinion for either reason. So what happened in 2017-18 it seems like a much bigger jump than 2018-2019 at least as far as we can see from photos.
