I Need to Vent

I'm so madddd at direct tv ! My dad tried to pay our bill last night and the lady messed it up somehow !!!!! They shut it off this morning and brought it back on we could only watch one channel !!!! Then about 3:00 I tried to watch the channel and it wouldn't let me do anything they said they have too restore it and that was 3 stupid hrs ago! I'm missing My shows !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It shouldn't take 3 hrs! Then mom called them and they were rude to her and told her we'd have it when we have it ! Isn't that rude! She's called 3 times and dad has to I think ! They better have it on at 7 so I don't miss dancing with the stars!

assholes, i feel ya. i hate directv, when I had them their service went out if it sprinkled. complained about it for three months that even when clear the signal was only in the 60% range. I kept telling them the dish wasn't aligned right and they said "oh that's fine" so usually only service for 3 weeks a month I said screw you, fix my service or im not paying. They send a guy who says "oh your dish was never setup right this is bad! You should get a credit for this!!" Directv said "no you pay us." Took a full 8 hours for them to turn my service back on after my payment cleared. I stayed another month until my contract was up and I said no thanks, switched to dish Network.

Well thanks my parents are paying for it . It came back on about 6:30ish but my control won't work in my room so i have to watch it in my dads office .

Also had problems w/DirecTV when we had it from 02-04... frequently lost reception in bad weather, and it took them ages to replace a defective box, so we finally pulled the plug on them!
