I Dont Say I Love You Unless I Mean It

I find myself increasingly annoyed by the use of a certain four lettered word. "Love" I find it is used too frequently and without sincerity. Worst of all is the obligated use of the word. I am not comfortable telling anyone, with the exception of my children, "I love you" for the plain reason that there is no one (other than my kids) worthy of such emotion. I hope no one forces those words upon me. Doing so puts me in the awkward situation of either having to lie or tell the truth no one wants to hear.
