the new property wont give us a 30 to 60 day notice he keep saying he wants us out without papers saying we are holding his property hostage he just turned are water and electricity off

@SW-User he just bought the place last week we have been living here for 2 years he hasnt gave us a 30 day notice or a 60 day notice hes trying to drive us out by cutting off water and power

@Introvert21 I don't think that's legal. New owner or not, the terms to disband the contract are still valid.
