I Keep My Emotions Bottled Up

I have done this for so long that its finally catching up with me yet again. I am having a really emotionally unstable day.

You know those days where you just breakdown into tears for seemingly no reason?

Yeah..........today is one of those days. I have cried so much today that my tears are like acid in my eyes.
