I Am Confused About My Relationship

So, I love my bf, but this is my first long relationship really. I am getting bored with him, because we are diffrent in a lot of ways. I find when I am listening to him I ignore what he is saying, because it's always about computers. I'm a artist and writer, so I am not super interested in computers. He also talks a lot like a math teacher, monotone. I love him, but I guess I want him to change. I have a lot of great things I could say about him, but I am confused about life. I want to experience what kinds of relationships are out there and if I am truly strait or if monogamy is for me. Yet I have a great bf and I don't want to ruin that. Anyone feel the same?

here's the bottom line ..is he a man of good character, would he swim thru shark infested waters for you? that's what really important ..interests are just that couples don't have to be interested in everything their other half is interested in..you will find a person of good character is what's really rare in life

Sometimes relationships just run their course. There is probably someone out there waiting in his future, who will be excited about computers and about him. Consider dating others and giving him a chance to find that person. He may be a terrific guy but that doesn't mean he is automatically the person you must stay with from now on.

I think maybe talk with him see if you can find interests together something different you both enjoy doing and talking about if things don't change and you are not happy then only one other thing to do really.
