I’m so sorry. Don’t blame yourself. I have suffered from depression. It’s NOT your fault. It’s a mental illness. Please understand that. It’s like a any one who dies! Someone has a stroke, someone has a heart attack, someone has a car accident, and they end up dying no matter who was around them or who wasn’t. One good thing about death— there is one— learn to appreciate those who are still alive! Death is greater than we are, just like the weather, we cannot control it.. Why our minds make us blame ourselves? I don’t know, is it to make sure we value others? and maybe live more cautiously? To honor the value of her life, love those you who care for you, and those who are left behind in your life. Create new precious memories with those who are here. Write about her. Remember her.
