Computers are ridiculous!

So, I started a new career, marketing assistant for a professional visual artist friend of mine. Of course he doesn't have a regular computer because that would be too easy, nooooooo, he has a home built computer that lookes like a mini spaceship...lol.... and on top of that I haven't used a computer in like 7 years. I feel so freaking OLD!

I think you will be fine. Most people use Windows, so it almost certainly will be Windows 10. There are lots of books on Amazon for Windows 10. That he built it himself actually doesn't matter, what it looks like on the outside really doesn't impact how you use it. But just to be sure, first ask him "what OS he's using". 95% certain it will be Window 10, maybe 4% that it will be Windows 7, if he's part of that 1% that uses something "else", just ignore it and buy the book on Windows 10 anyway.
