I Say What I Feel And Feel What I Say
All of us at some point experience working overtime. The unavoidable one and the management expects you to do so. Well, for us in customer service, it is very normal to work over time. It can be frustrating, or annoying, but then that is reality.
What I really hate the most is that the entire team is doing the overtime work already and then here comes one annoying co-worker who whines and complain a lot about working overtime. I am not saying he is not allowed to but then share it with your friends not in the team's chatroom with the bosses. If the bosses gets annoyed, it is the entire team that will suffer because of your whining.
Yes, I did say it to his face and all his co-worker friends attacked me right away. Meh~ Normal.
