I bought a book today. 1st one in some 4 years.

Reading the chosen book most every night before I go to sleep, is about a lifelong habit....[i]necessity[/i]. I do usually still manage to get through more than 4 pages, before I nod off. It's fine when I don't, though.

Reading makes me sleepy too. I love to read in bed before lights out

I think it might just be the material you are reading.
