I am very unmotivated to do my studying and it is just causing me a lot of stress.

In recent weeks, I have became quite fatigued and umotivated to do anything. As someone who constantly thinks about work, this is making me anxious and even panicky. I feel like part of me gave up on myself, thinking that I would be horrible in what I do, no matter how hard I try, while the other part is screaming at me in my head about how lazy I am being. I really don't know how to motivate myself and with my best friend, who is also my long-distance partner, offline for a couple of days, I am not coping well. Anyone who has some advice?

You're probably just burned out. Intense focus for long periods of time tends to do that. Take a break; focus on maintenance for a while. You will bounce back

@Eternity I've been burned out before and this is a much milder case but all the same frustrating. DO you have any advice?
