They cannot. Microsoft pulled the license of them to operate a site such as theirs. Why? Because THEY did not adhere and enforce their own TOS and community guidelines. They weer given a 30 day notice.
Furthermore, the company that owner EP, Kanjoya, has been sold to a IT tech firm. So there is no way- and no chance. EP CAN come back.
