make a tea, the taste is a bit foul :) use lemon if poss - enjoy your trip x @CreateTVT

boil water with the shrooms added, boil for about 15 mins (medium heat) add lemon and ginger whilst its boiling, then drink :)

they work the same if they are dry

or you could just eat them, be sure to have something to wash them down.

Don't drink alcohol, it will conflict your trip :) @CreateTVT
