I Work to Live Not Live to Work

ive always been a hard working person, and i have always been the sort of person that my work has relied on to fill in, working extra shifts and so on when others are ill or on vacation, but in the past couple of years, i stopped all that, cos when its not appreciated, then its time to stop being so readily available and learn to say no!! i always used to love my job so much that the majority of my time was spent there sometimes, but just recently i had a week's vacation in Italy, and i enjoyed myself so much that it just reminded me that there is so much more to life than worrying about whats happening in work all the time!!
