I'm A Constant Worrier

I Often Worry About Things I Don't Need To... I worry and get myself worked up needlessly. Often the problem can be settled by just calming down although that not always easy to do with out a little direction. Currently I am worse than usual when it comes to getting my college work done. I tend to make to make the work in my head harder than it really is by over analyzing it. Currently I am trying my best with relaxation techniques and stepping away when i need to. I can't say it works all the time , but it has helped in some situations.
