I Just Want to Scream

I can't believe my husband can be so nonchalant about our finances.
He gets a low SS check below 900...it makes the house and pay a bill... otherwise I try like hell to keep up w all other expenses! I have my own to pay as well.
He is late 60 cannot work due to health problems.
Our ckg account is terribly anorexic!! A joke really.
He doesn't vseem to be so concerned!!!
A$$hole...
I try to explain it makes things worse.
I hate fkg summer our water n electric about double...this can cause a lot of the problems.
