Acquitted of second degree manslaughter.
The laws surrounding cop shootings are such that it's really hard to convict.
I don't think this guy went out to shoot somebody. I think he freaked out under some pressure.

@lastbabyboomer: The jury was fucking duped, the cop told him to get his licence and when he did the cop shot him, if that happened to you or a loved one you would take everything you're saying back.

@ratboy181: Neither I nor any of my family would ever do anything to make that happen. I'm always armed. How was the jury duped? The prosecutor did his job and the jury found him not guilty.
