I Think About Life

Should I try to make a mends with him, even though he's a real jerk? And he tried pushing me away by hurting me? My thoughts are no, just leave it be....but life says even though he's bad, he can be good, he could come back, and I would love him like a brother.

No, Serinitree we were never lovers, we are both happily married to other people. But I did accidentally cross the line and instead of forgiving me he got upset with me.....which I kind of really respect him all the more for, because really it was an accident and I really didn't want to think of him in that way. It's just when other people meddled in our lives that it got really messy spreading all sorts of rumors that I was so in love with him and that I wanted him real bad, when in reality I respected Him and loved him like a brother, but he turned on me because he bought into the lie, then he dropped me as a patient.

@saintsong If he is a licensed therapist, he could lose his license for getting involved with a patient. When you expressed feelings for him you put him in a place where he had no choice but to leave you as a patient.
@saintsong, Unlikely a family doctor is going to act to terminate a relationship with you based on the advice of a psychic. If you look into your heart, it is more likely he acted based on your behavior to him.

Not enough details. Plus, if you've been lovers, it would be difficult to treat him like a brother, don't you think?

Of course, I could be assuming something, based on nothing.

@pond he was my family doctor, all I did was open my heart and try to love him as a brother, a psychic lied and told him that I was in love with him and that I wanted him real bad.

The ethics in his handling of this situation are lacking. He should have not violated your trust as a professional. He should have gently and firmly handled your request without malace.

He wont change unless he is given a reason that HE accepts to change. Maybe you wlaking away will be that reason....... :( as much as i hate to say these three words......Let It Go

Never let a man treat you badly. The first time is always the hardest. Then it gets easier. You deserve better.
