What’s a cover of a song that’s better than the original?

Personally I think Nirvana’s version of The Man Who Sold the World is better than Bowie’s.

I didn’t know it at the time but Ian’s voice is almost impossible to replicate.

I think the best voices to try have been David Gahan and Iggy Pop but even those rich voices don’t match his voice. Having said that NiN did a beautiful work there!
