How do I keep my knee brace from sliding down my leg?

So CVS sells these ankle and knee brace sleeves. You just pull them up over and you're good to go. Currently, I wear an ankle brace sleeve on each ankle, and a knee brace sleeve on my right knee. During the day when I'm at work, the knee sleeve tends to slip down my leg. It doesn't come off my knee, but it does go down somewhat.

The size I wear is medium, and it says on the box, Mild Compression. A small size would be way too tight. Is there something I can wear to keep the knee brace sleeve from moving down my leg?

Thank you if you can help out :)

It's just getting frustrating having to try to pull the knee brace up, under my jeans.

This is what it looks like:

Put it over your jeans

I wear knee braces made by sleeve stars, they come with a velcro strap but I don't need it and they don't fall down because they're tight, are yours tight enough to help because if they are you'd think they stay in place, did you have to choose a size or are they one size fits all?

@twiigss yes, mine are a similar fit, they hurt the back of my knees if a kneel down for too long, I've no idea what to recommend but I can appreciate what a pain having to keep pulling them back up regularly is.

@Johnblackthorn YESSSS!! Like, I go to bend my knee, and because it's moving down, it's getting all bunched up. So just bending my knee now hurts from all the material that I'm bending on. I try to pull on it through my jeans in my seat in the work area, but since I can't see it, I don't know if I'm pulling it too much or not enough.

@twiigss luckily for me my work trousers are too big so I can pull the knee braces down to my ankles when I need to, unfortunately to pull them up I do need to take my trousers down and that probably wouldn't be acceptable in most work situations.

@stratosranger Well... that would probably work, but I'd be worried about getting blood everywhere 😆
Oh! Yeah. You have a point there...@twiigss

Not sure how well that would work, but I could always try it I suppose. Thanks MrBrownstone :)

@twiigss Does it have Velcro straps?

@MrBrownstone No straps. It's just a sleeve. Like the entire thing is elastic, and you pull it up onto your leg, and situate it on your knee.
