I Have a Bad Knee

After my knee surgeries my left knee is the bad knee.

I have bursitis in both knees but the right one has responded BETTER to a steroid shot.

I couldn't exercise much do to my leg pain. Apparently I have IT Band Syndrome and a hamstring strain.

Apparently, hamstrings take a very L O N G time to heal. Joy. So I have some stretches and exercises and foam rolling to do. Along with even more physical therapy.

Good thing is in time I can go back to my walking workouts. Yay!

And tomorrow I'm off for some heating pads and ice pads.

I broke my ankle a while back had the plaster off about a month now and just when I thought things were getting better I woke the other day and nearly fell when I got out of bed because I just cols not put any pressure on it at all

I got some anti biotics from the doctor to be a pain killer but he wants me to see an orthopaedic doctor because he thinks I might have hurt the ligaments or something.
says maybe `i started trying to be to active to soon and my body had number itself to pain so there was like nothing to say slow down your doing to much
