I Have Something I Just Have To Share

I have just bought a secondhand laptop....I got it for a song...you know one of those lucky draws when you are on ebay auction.....some guy was trying to sell me something very old and I am glad I did not do that.

the thing is until you experience something good you really have no idea...

This has a beautiful beautiful full high definition screen..I mean I thought I had something nice already but this is a true pleasure for me..crisp clean and so easy to see. When I think of what I have struggled with for years...

The other thing is the sound quality....I am not really an audiophile but quality sound is a dream to listen to...it does not need to be loud ...just beautiful and rich....many systems boast hd audio so why then is this one better?

All technology is not the same obviously....so I would suggest to anyone actually buying a system to be able to see and hear something before actually pushing your money into it...that is if you want something special...there are many things that are not special out there..and as I say you do not really know what you are missing until you have had the good fortune to experience it.

The same can be said for things like keyboards....I have bought numerous bluetooth keyboards in my time hoping they will suit my needs as a touchtypist...who needs nice tactile feedback...round and round the world I go but really the best one for me is this logitech cheap rf wireless one which seems to fit me well...but again it is not until you try it can you actually say it works for me...

I guess with everything be prepared to try and experience things before you know....

now I want a full hd big screen monitor that is actually a pleasure to view...

we will see...

Hello Jenandra 46-50, M. After years of using PC's at work and buying one or 2 for myself to use at home I bought a pre- loved Apple all- in- one with a 14 inch Colour CRT and a built in CD drive. It was very easy to learn and use. Not as fast as today's machines which use Intel processors but still preferable to a box of junk which hangs and aborts all the time, which is fairly typical of many of today's PC's even when they are brand new. I knew Apple was somewhat different to the generic PC and will run only software and apps. developed specifically for Apple and that made me a bit reluctant to take the plunge at first but I am so glad I did. I agree with you that until you experience something new you really have no idea how favourably it compares with what you already have and already know. My next 2 computers were both flat screen Apple iMac's. The more I use them the more I learn. Learning seems to be an implicit part of the owning and operating experience, but I have learned a lot more since I started using my iMac and the internet.
