I Have Something I Just Have To Share

So I was reading my econ textbook, and it was talking about Repugnant market, and apparently, in the U.S, it's legal for a pregnant mother to give birth to a baby for another couple for pay. If they mean surrogates I'm all for it, and if a surrogate is the case why is U.S. one of the few countries that allow it?

A good economy is one that has no exceptions and inclusive of all activities. In fact, even charity and social service is an exception and a corruption to the main system. Why should anyone do charity work without getting paid ? In a democracy any two partied can enter inyo a contract and sign an agreement and act by it. The problem with other countries is the literacy level and unscrupulous people and lack of a proper legal system and recourse.
