55 percent of communication is body language , 38 percent is the tone of voice and only 7 percent is the actual words. This has always astounded me but i understand .

As a speaker, I learned this lesson well.
I still find it amazing how people can read something and insert so much meaning without any context or hint and then take offense. Yet they'll cheer when the same thing is said by a speaker. People are so much fun to try to figure out, it's both easy and difficult.
