55 percent of communication is body language , 38 percent is the tone of voice and only 7 percent is the actual words. This has always astounded me but i understand .

Agreed. I think sharing words is a basic introduction of one's interests and values...but it's hard to judge one's level of humor, sarcasm, or passion without hearing the tone in their voice.
