I Think the Justice System Is Flawed

A System Ran By Liberal Assholes... I was watching a show about Jaycee Dugard's 18 year long kidnap by Phillip Garrido's: a man sentenced to 50 years, out in 11, goes and kidnaps and repeatedly rapes for 18 years straight. Gee, maybe California shouldn't be so lax with letting prisoners out 39 years early, don't you think?

But the entire state is a basket case, run into the ground by liberal laws, liberal lawyers, and liberal politicians.

When they go bankrupt, we'll be expected to bail them out. (Obama will do it too, as payback for their past 55 electoral votes.) What a screwed up system.

It is so wrong the way the whole justice system is operated. The sentencing of criminals is so inconsistent from one person to the next. I don't understand you kidnap someone its 20 years from California to New york all the same. I guess like everything else it has become a huge buisness and you can't lock up all the repeat customers. What a joke US justice has become

the man was sentenced to 50 years out of kidnap and rape, and he was released 39 years early, and what did the man do? he kidnapped a younger girl, and kept her captive for 18 years, in which she gave birth to 2 of his children. The man didn't only ruin those girls' lives, but their whole family.. the saddest part is, the police would go to his house every other time to monitor him as he was on parole, and they never knew he had a famously kidnapped girl who was being searched in the entire country, even when neighbors reported he had kids living in the backyard, a sex offender on parole having people report him having kids living in his backyard didn't have anyone research his home? oh cali california, a wonderful place to live a criminal life.

Yes it's a terrible shame that people like Philip Garrido walk the same earth as normal people. I not sure but I think California is like a separate little world out there. I just wonder how lazy/inept a parole officer would have to be not to notice a child living in the backyard. Even after having the neighbors call the police WOW. I guess you are right cali a wonderful place to live a criminal life

@DarthMinger Man is not a beast and if we recognized this we might get some justice in our time. We just get a little bonkers when we don't get our basic needs met.

Actually getting our basic needs met seems to be a big crime now. Especially dark skinned and female people and kids and animals...should I go on?
