@sophrai: well sometimes but I'm working through it. I'm realizing that only I can determine what it true for me. I really do like me and how I am. My problem and it stems from way back is when others get in the way and try to manipulate who I am and how I feel.

I tell you something people don't know you but you definitely know you and only you know the truth about you.

Along the same lines, I've always pictured energy as an ocean 🌊 - when you make waves with your actions, they will ebb and flow back onto you eventually. We receive what we give. 😊
