I Am Not Religious But Believe In Energy

I mean I'm openly catholic, but I still believe energy is a very powerful thing. One of the ways I cope with frustration and anxiety or anger is through crocheting. First of all, it relieves my desire to push someone in front of a bus (you get what I mean) and it gives me joy because not only am I creating something that I had originally imagined, but my crochet projects help others. Like every summer I crochet scarves and blankets for the homeless and the sick and elderly, but one thing I truly believe in is that the energy I currently experience while I'm making these things is going into my projects and will have an affect on whoever receives them. For example, I make my daughter scarves, so when we take her to daycare or drop her off at her grandparents house, I always tell her that her scarf or head wraps keep her warm because I made them from love. The love and energy I put into making them are what keeps her warm. And I believe that 100% My point is energy, and emotions are a powerful thing, its contagious and I don't think people realize the true effect it has on not only us, but those around us. What you send out comes back to you, so send out powerful vibes whenever you can, even if it's just through a smile here and there. I think the world would be a slightly better place if people understood this.
